Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be informed if this occurs.

Shipping Time

Our standard shipping time is 7–10 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Remote areas may experience slight delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless stated otherwise during promotions or special offers.

Order Tracking

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date so we can assist you.
